Important Order Information
Prerequisites
The National Training Center requires that all OCDE Project GLAD® trainings be conducted by Active Certified OCDE Project GLAD® Trainers. Training materials may be used only at trainings conducted by Active Certified OCDE Project GLAD® Trainers.
Trainer verification must be confirmed prior to shipping the product.
For trainer verification, please submit the following:
- Name of certified trainers
- Participant numbers and
- dates of the 2-Day Workshop and the Classroom Demonstration.

Shipping Product
In order to ship your order, OCDE must have a copy of your P.O. Items will not be shipped until we receive proof of payment.
Please submit a copy of the P.O. as soon as possible.

Following the training
Please submit the names and contact information of the Tier I participants trained via Excel Spreadsheet, including participant names, district of employment and email addresses 30 days following the completion of your 2-Day Research & Theory Workshop. For each new Tier I participant trained, a $25.00 fee will be applied.
